During the application phase, we gather details from candidates, focusing on assessing various aspects such as language abilities, personality traits, industry-relevant knowledge, expertise, professionalism, and technical skills. Once accepted as a Talent or Provider in our Network, we continue to collect this information to maintain an updated understanding of your profile. Additionally, we may request personal information, including but not limited to:
As part of our evaluation during the screening process or throughout your tenure as a Talent, we might capture audio and video recordings of your interactions with us or our clients. These recordings serve to showcase your abilities and are utilized for quality assurance and training objectives. Also, we offer our Talent and internal team members an email address on one of our domains. We securely store and manage all correspondence sent to and from these email addresses.
To confirm your identity, we may ask you to provide specific information. This includes taking a selfie and a photo of your government-issued ID using an app on your smartphone, collectively known as the "Verification Data." This data is sent to our biometric technology service provider, iDenfy. iDenfy utilizes facial recognition technology to analyze your facial geometry from the photos and extract biometric details ("Biometric Data"), and to validate the authenticity of your ID.
iDenfy then provides us with verification scores, a copy of your submitted photo, and your name from your ID for reference and fraud investigation, in line with our legitimate interests. They retain the ID photo for 180 days post-verification, in agreement with our terms.
iDenfy also leverages Verification Data to enhance its technology's performance and prevent fraud. However, iDenfy does not sell, store indefinitely, or retain your Biometric Data beyond what is necessary for these purposes. Once they have shared the verification results with us, they permanently delete your Biometric Data. We do not receive your Biometric Data.
iDenfy retention of Biometric Data does not exceed the duration needed for the stated purposes or three years from your last interaction with us, whichever comes first, unless legally mandated to retain it longer.
iDenfy may share your Biometric Data and Verification Data with their third-party service providers. For more information on how iDenfy handles your Verification Data and Biometric Data, please review iDenfy's website and Privacy Policy.
Depending on the nature of the role you are being considered for as Talent, we might conduct a background check through an external service provider, which will involve gathering further information about you. Should this apply to your situation, we will specifically request your explicit written permission to allow this additional data collection by the third party, in accordance with relevant legal requirements.
We collect location data from Providers and field workers who use our mobile applications to perform services at customer or job sites. The type, timing, and frequency of location collection depends on the service workflow being performed.
FTE / scheduled field service workflows.
For FTE or similar scheduled field service assignments, we collect location data at defined service-event points, such as when a worker records check-in, check-out, break, resume, or similar job-status actions. If device-based location is unavailable, disabled, or not used for a given workflow, we may allow or require manual entry of location details as part of the job-status record.
On-demand dispatch / FSE dispatch workflows.
For on-demand dispatch assignments, when a worker activates an "En Route" or similar travel status for an assigned job, the mobile application may collect location data at periodic intervals during that active dispatch phase of the job. We may also collect location data when the worker records job-status actions such as check-in, check-out, break, resume, or similar workflow events.
We use location data and job-status location data to:
We do not use location data for unrelated purposes. Except for periodic location collection during an active dispatch travel workflow as described above, we do not use the mobile application for continuous or 24/7 location tracking.
Where permitted by the workflow, if device location services are unavailable, disabled, denied, or inaccurate, we may allow manual entry of location details to support the relevant job-status action. Manual entries may be reviewed, compared against available job records, and retained as part of the service record.
We may share location data on a need-to-know basis with:
We apply technical, organizational, and contractual measures designed to limit access to location data and related job records to authorized persons with a legitimate business need to know.
Upon your selection as a Talent, part of your Personal Data may be utilized to construct a profile that will be showcased within our Services, accessible to clients in search of Talent. Additionally, aspects of your information might be featured on public areas of our website, in marketing materials, and during presentations, highlighting your skills and exemplifying the benefits of being part of our Network.
If you become a Talent, Clients you engage with may provide us information about your performance.
We gather details like your name, contact details, address, work history, and educational background from accessible public sources, external data suppliers, or various services. This includes platforms like professional job boards and social networking sites, such as LinkedIn. The purpose of collecting this information is to enhance the data you provide us and to evaluate your suitability for our Network.
Whenever you engage with us via our website or services, we might automatically gather specific information. For further details on this, please refer to the "Site Visitors" section outlined below.
We utilize your Personal Data to facilitate your application to become a Talent and to manage our contractual agreements and engagements with you once you join our Network.

Where we rely on legitimate interests, we assess whether the processing is necessary and proportionate and consider the rights and freedoms of the individual. We seek to limit the collection of location data to defined workflow events and active job phases, rather than collecting more data than is reasonably necessary for the stated purpose.
We might request your permission to use your Personal Data for purposes not outlined in this Privacy Policy. In such cases, we will only use your data for these new purposes if you freely and knowingly give your consent.
During your application process or tenure as a Talent, we may conduct, record, and transcribe audio or video calls with you. Providing consent for this is entirely voluntary, and you have the right to withdraw it at any time. These recordings assist our team members in evaluating Network applications, assessing your fit for client engagements, and for our internal quality control and training. We may also share your interview recordings with client stakeholders for specific project considerations.
Your voice, image, in-meeting messages, and any other Personal Data you share during these calls may be collected. Additionally, other participants in a video conference could see your display name, email address, and profile picture. Certain field-service workflows require location verification or manual location entry in order to record a job-status event, support dispatch, validate attendance, or complete the service record. If you do not provide the required location data, or do not provide manual location information where permitted as a fallback, we may be unable to dispatch you, record the status change, verify the service event, or complete the assignment workflow.

We may use your contact information to inform you about our Services, upcoming events, and promotional offers that might interest you. If we do so, each marketing message will include an option for you to "opt out" of receiving further marketing communications. However, you cannot opt out of necessary administrative communications related to the Services, such as billing or service notifications, as these are not marketing communications. Providing your mobile number and agreeing to receive SMS messages is voluntary. You are not required to consent to receive marketing or promotional text messages as a condition of employment, engagement, or receiving any of our services. However, certain operational messages (such as shift assignments or job-status notifications) may be necessary to participate in specific field-service workflows, and declining them may limit your ability to receive dispatch or workflow-related communications through SMS.
Depending on your role and the services you use, the SMS messages you receive from us may include:
